Online Predictions and Online Learning

In the traditional sense of machine learning, you would be collecting data for a period. In online learning, this is not happening anymore because you have a model that learns directly from the data it performs predictions on. You don't actually retrain the model, but the model learns out of this new data to behave next in the next data that flow next time. This type of problems are more and more common in certain domains rather than others.
