The Importance of Connecting With Your Team
Leaders who are able to be compassionate and connect with people are really the leaders that are excelling. It's a little bit tricky in how we do that when we transition into remote teams because we don't always have that face to face interaction. I know some people who are the most productive at 2 a.m. If we're putting them inside of this eight to five window, we're not doing them or our company justice.
