I love how you do that kind of check in because it's so important. I'm a little OCD. So I like having things organized and clutter free, but it has been proven that a decluttered workspace or living space is very healing. And again, helps with creativity, helps with clarity when we have sticky notes everywhere,. It's really easy to get distracted. Sometimes we are so critical of ourselves. Don't provide ourselves grace. We come down like Thor's hammer on ourselves that, oh, my God, I didn't wake up this time. But the world is not going to end. Things will not implode on you. You'll be fine.
