When you fall down, you get back up. You will not stop. That's the singular, most important quality of a leader. I think i knew a guy in college who had perfect scores on his sats and on five advance placement courses. He was like, really smart, ic, totally unmotivated,. didn't get to class, never finishhis assignmentsa And it took him eight years to get a four year college degree. People very goal focused will out do others of equal icu because they work harder. They hate your guts. You just want them to achieve the goal. If you don't have sympathy, if you don't tune in with concern, you're right
