The Hierarchy of UX in Finland

The hierarchy in the states is a bit different than from Sweden. We're all in the same level here. It's often to get very far organizations. In Finland, it was either academic or Nokia. Then I think almost everyone has been Ericsson. But now, with younger ones coming through, there's a lot more courses and university education that does lead you into interaction design and UX-related fields.
