The Average Human Reaction Time Isn't That Important for Striking Sports
The average human reaction time is in the region of a hundred to 150 milliseconds. Group reaction time isn't that important for still movement it's even higher than kinematics, he says. Novices are looking at hands however but over time again i don't need to tell them their eyes start to their gaze behavior starts to navigate towards the chest and trunk area where they're picking up information.
