The Bible tells me so the B.I.B.LE says, and I want to provide a biblical case for optimism. The first reason is this Christian optimism is logically rooted in the promises of God. Optimism improves your health; optimistic people are more likely to achieve their goals. But practical reasons really aren't enough.
