I don't think that this class of workers wants to be forced to be hourly worker. If you were to ask ten of them, how many would say, i want the current system? How many would say, they want to just make the same amount of money, but be hourly? A various case by case, and depends on who, how the shop is set up. And i wish we'd seen a lot of time ac oh, really there's a little comp competition going there.
