The Importance of Russia in the Balkans
In 1999, Serbia was bombed by NATO. The depleted uranium that's been thrown in the soil today still has really, really intense effects on the cancer rates in Serbia. So this is a very particularly painful spot for a lot of people. And you can imagine that then you have to turn elsewhere for support. But I also cannot say that I don't understand it to some extent.
