Holiday Inn Security Guards and Beach Bums in Palm Beach, Florida

Police questioned a known beach bum and thief named Marlon Salaire, who said he had been on the beach near the Holiday Inn. He crossed paths with a dark-skinned security guard he knew only as Marty at the neighbouring Allegro Hotel. A Holiday Inn employee also told police that one of the security guards often frequented their establishment to hit on female tourists. Abraham Jones denied going to the Holiday Inn at all on the night of May 29 but admitted that Antonius John frequented the hotel to flirt with tourists. The two men were placed in custody for 116 days while the investigation continues.
