How to Multi-Channel Market and Nurture a Database
The first thing you need in order to effectively multi-channel market and nurture a database is an organized list of contacts, again, a CRM or just a spreadsheet with all that information. From there, ask yourself a challenge question: Would you call this person? There are far more impersonal communication channels than making a phone call. The objective is if you've got folks who are out of circle, your goal is to get them into the middle circle.
