As you ractice noticing light size and shape and color and movement, as you practise noticing those, your brain gets better at processing that. And where this is leading is teaching your brain to notice other kinds of sensations. For any one who aspires to any level of artistry, noticing not just what you see, what you smell, but noticing what the experience is like can be really powerful.
