How to Hit Cardio

If you're eating that much protein, you're not going to have the appetite to eat a lot of food anyway. You might just add in some vegetables and you might have exactly what you need to start because you probably don't really need a lot of carbohydrate energy. What are your guys thoughts on hitting cardio? I don't know, four times a week. It's like he doesn't need to, there's absolutely no reason for him to do cardio. Somebody like Stan Efroding, he's always been a lifetime long ectomorph, somebody who's always been fairly thin, even though he's Jack this hell does it.
