The next day Heidi awoke in her opulent bedroom but longed to see the mountains out of her window as she had done it her grandfather. The tower watchmen did bestow a litter of kittens upon her which lifted her mood immeasurably. Sebastian promised to keep the kitten safe for her and Clara. When Heidi's stash of white bread rolls she had been collecting to take home to Peter's grandmother was discovered and Heidi realised she may not be going home at all. She fell into a great dismay. Tonight we meet the master of the house and Clara's father, Mr. Soam. Just lie back and relax as I turn to the next pages of Heidi.
