The Power of Proactive Thinking

H harnessing a power of your choices was life changing for me. Neuroscientists say we have about 60 000 or more thoughts per day kind of zipping along through our brains and not every one of those thoughts is one number one correct or helpful for us. So when you learn to get a little bit of distance from what you're currently thinking then you can decide on purpose proactively do i want to keep that thought or would it benefit me to shift that thought or change that thought? That's the harnessing the power of your mind kind of thing type of thing.
