Language Is the Final Visible Tip of an Enormous Process
Our language is in some sense the tip of this vast iceberg and I'm hopefully representing this right because I'm now inventing an image for it that is not into Aquinas. Your spoken word your written word is the final visible tip of an enormous process that goes right down to the bedrock of reality. We don't just have kind of brute sensory experiences with no governing principle but we then kind of apply or impose these templates of order and logic shapes on our world.
