The Three Aspects of Sabbath

The first aspect of Sabbath the biblical rest that God wants to invite you into is to stop And to say God for 24 hours. I'm gonna put the world back in your hands not mine and once we stop we are able to accept God's invitation to rest. The third aspect of of a biblical rest is Delight so man. Here's one of the biggest problems with with us in the church for those who are Christians We have like a really under-formed theology of delight.
