strength training comes in lot of different forms. It can be entirely body waiy, it can be entirely isometricandi carry benefits. Pro level, high level, world level athletes still do some form of it and some of em do quite a lot of it. Even peddling the bike is a form of resistance training. So id like to lean more toward strength training. But even all the l sychlo cross athletes that i've travelled ser everyone's doing stup off the bike between races every week day. I think jages doesn't understand that even at the atlete level, strength training.
