How to Be a Successful SDR Leader
Lavender has a faith-based system. If we show up in the right places, if we're present where our people are learning, and if we add to their learning instead of selling them on what we do, it creates this gravitational pool. And so when we go to an event like that, there's 30 of them there. On average, we're converting like 20 to 25 of them into meetings. So I think a lot of it comes from the way that we listen and participate in LinkedIn.
