Is New York Going to Be More Residentially Populated?

i see another second half of a story where thee's uge pent up de mand to live in walkable cities like new york and like lon. i think once these cities become more gear towards people living in them, they're actually going to be much more attractive to those people. So i do see more demand for that. Whether that means that, especially in the short to medium term, they will be able to make up for the tax short fall is a separate story. And my bet here is probably no. For most of them, sothat, it will be a painful transition. But  in terms of overall demand, i still see places like manhatta
