I think we're living in a world where people are just scared of stress. We need to stress your body when you go for a ride and when you do strength training. It could be that your work is just sort of constantly on and constantly making you feel stressed psychologically. But it also could be that you had a very difficult childhood, and you did not get the exact love that you needed from your parents. And then there's this whole new ecosystem that I think we're seeing around like medians,. You know, media, the news, social media which is so unfortunate.
