Employees don't see anything wrong with shadowing, especially if they've got their own budget and tey've got a cretic card. They're just solving problems, againt stuff done and knocking it out. It's really not their problem to understand what sort of risk that might be incurring to the company. Younoit's going to be quite based on you know, what, wat, what organization values and what kind of risk profile there is. And i think we have to take deliberate actions from us to get this under control.
