From my perspective, at my level, I would look at the core health metrics which is there in the business. How is your household penetration? What's your market share? And then the third set of metrics that I would track is the employee and partner engagement metrics. We're very, very sort of hell-bent of taking decisions, bases, real crunchy-pool data. The good thing is because we have such strong direct-to-consumer connects. It's just about crunching it.
