immersive theater is one of these uniquely suited mediums for outsider art and wild experimentation. I think so long as there are people who have a story they want to tell, immersive theater is just as easy a medium as anything to tell that story. We have companies like Candle House doing remote theater; we have companies like Forgotten War Theater in Philly doing shows just in a house. You've got stuff going on in Lincoln, Nebraska and in Austin and in Mesa, Arizona and here in Los Angeles.
