I think if you look at your calendar, you actually need to spend pretty much fifty to eighty per cent of your time hiring. And then once you've hired them, how do you retain them right? Like, give them the right goals, and then give them the space to execute against it. I always like to sort of explain this to people, like there's a time to be a player, this time to be a coach....
