Predictive Processing - How Did You Get Into It?

Predictive processing is the closest thing we have to a general theory of how the brain works. It also resonated with me right from the beginning because I've been a meditator for 35 years and fundamentally you know one of the corner stones of predictive processing is that essentially we construct our experience. That's super fascinating. What is your specific meditation background? Well I started off 35 years ago doing TM so mantra based meditation for many years, then maybe about 20 years ago I started my first Buddhist retreats,. Then maybe six or seven years ago Rob Berbea's method at Gaia house really propelled things.
