The Importance of BFM in Adult Patients

There's an argument, you know, there's a strong argument for it. My unanswered question though, is like, if you're a hyper C VAD center, are you going to give a BFM style regimen that's going to be very challenging? Should patient should people change their strategy to E. Cog 2993 or E.Cog 1910 plus BLIN and somehow incorporate BLIN into their practice? Am I even asking a reasonable question because it's BLIN even feasible in those patients? I don't know. It's gonna be a challenges implementation for sites that don't currently use a BFM strategy for their ALS. This peer speculation tonight.
