It really makes no sense with the CRM and pipeline because anywhere I've been, it's always maybe 50% accurate. And a lot of it's because I guess people don't want to listen. They're scared to because of the corporate people or whatever it may be. In sales, we really have to treat listening like understanding and make it our job is we're professional communicators. That's why we exist.
