The Limits of Using Nitrogen Balance for Protein

You don't want to urinate out more than you're taking in. So let's say that five milligrams per day is enough to make sure that you're not losing pantathinate over time. For infants zero to six months, they took the average amount that they were taking in from milk. And for pregnant women, they rounded the data, the average consumption among pregnant women up to six milligrams. Because there's an extra 1.7 milligrams put into the milk, they increased the adequate intake to seven milligrams for nursing mothers.
