The UK's Low Satisfaction With the NHS
British Social Attitude Survey has been running since 1983. It asks the general public about their attitudes to health and social care services. The proportion of patients who are very or fairly satisfied with the NHS overall has fallen to just 29%. That's a 7% point drop from what was already a pretty bad place last year. For GP services, satisfaction has slipped to 35%, so it's a bit better than the NHS overall but not much.
