The military's original affirmative action was actually very successful because this is how it worked they made this they didn't change no standards and they offered extra help open to anybody who needed it. The easiest point of pushback though is is a meritocracy the point that you should be asking for anywhere there's going to be some kind of a diversity equity or inclusion so that it becomes workable and closer to reasonable. There's no compromise in standards to qualify is an objective standard that's the same for everybody period. We're going to turn tomorrow to diversity it's just one topic not too so it'll be a little faster and we'll do inclusion the in the third lecture and you'll see how
