And i think the spiritualism movement probably too, had a big effect on people in anticipating what they were witness in seances. But one of the things in studying the stage hypnotists an the technique was that if they detect there's a crowd like young guys out there who were sceptics in the audience, he says a lot of times this arrogance is a cover for fear.
