T2 Flare Hyper-Intense Lesions in the Left Hemisphere

The discussion is searingly on focus. The labs were pretty much unremarkable. Hemoglobin was 14. So I got anemia there, or not even sign of inflammation or leukocytosis. And what you see here are T2 flare hyper-intense lesions in the left hemisphere where we expected them to be. They're T1-DAR. We can say these really don't look like infarx and they could be infectious lesions. Could this be a fulminate acute demyelination? Could look like that.
