So the 2025 Men's Six Nations is done. France are the champions and welcome to Rugby New Weekly. It's the big review of the Six Nations, drawn by Sam Warton, John Barkley. How are you both? Fantastic.
Speaker 1
are you laughing? Warbs. I wasn't singing wheels on the bus when I was going home today.
Speaker 3
Wheels have come
Speaker 2
off the bus, mate. Wheels come off the bus. There is no bus.
Speaker 1
There is no bus, mate. We'll dive into that later. It wasn't what I wanted, but it's given us plenty of talking points, so still interesting nevertheless.
Speaker 2
Yeah, someday on Saturday. What a day. It's going to be one
Speaker 3
of them. It's going to be one
Speaker 2
of them. Okay, we're going to speak about overs and underachievers. We'll start with Wales. Just one quick sentence before we get into the analysis of it all. Probably,
Speaker 1
I'd say under because I expect them to get one win. I thought they could have snuck a win. I think the Italy game was going to be the one which everyone looked at. That went astray. And then I think they were going to always be scraping for a win after that point. So probably underachieved just. They're going to be bottom two, weren't they? So probably just underachieved.
Speaker 2
Yeah, back-to wooden spoons, not ideal for Wales. Italy? Underachieved, maybe? I
Speaker 3
don't know, I expected a bit more from them. You see them competitive and competitive against Ireland, but then blown away in a couple of games. Completely blown away by France, blown away by England, blown away by Scotland in the first half. So, kind of expect a little bit more.
Speaker 2
Scotland. John?
