Trading has helped my poker playing as well and just other areas of life like you know even being a CEO running companies. I think the biggest thing that you learn is to miss small, and to find asymmetric upside. Get rid of those like if they're not working and you can always put them back on. And so, I think that general thesis really works well in, it works well on anything in life and in business and in poker and trading.
