Is There a Price for Something?
Even with rates falling throughout, you know, the afternoon and they continue to fall now, real estate continues to trade horribly. And that's not, I mean, if it was purely a rate sort of story, you'd expect sort of real estate to kind of follow along with tech and other things that are long duration in nature. You know, moving forward, I don't necessarily have a view on tech. Overall price action looks great.
