Cove is the world's largest online art auction house. The company has been around for over a century, but recently changed its business model to be more focused on private buying and investing at home. They are now working with intermediaries rather than dealing with thousands of collectors who want to buy paintings in person. A year ago they were still seeing huge interest from people wanting to see their work up-close before making an investment. But since then there have been many changes including new technology that allows them to better target buyers by phone or via email instead of going directly to auctions.
