James Carville: I want to jump into this idea of the four laws of behavioral change. So basically, if you want a habit to stick, you need four things to kind of happen that you don't always have to have all these points. He says they're like four levers that you can pull to make it easier to stick to a habit or break a bad one. And so those four make it obvious, make it attractive, make it easy, make it satisfying. The fourth law is to make it satisfying, the more satisfying or enjoyable and give your brain signal where it says Hey, repeat that again in the future.
