I'm going to start running gently, just like more times a week, two or three times a week. Like I said, in when the turner falls off, which I'm imagining is going to be like beginning of December. And then I think the first like long training run, I mean, the first long training run is like three miles or something,. Usually with a half marathon training plan is it. But the first official kind of training run would be near Christmas.
