The Impact of the Civil War on Philadelphia

It wasn't until World War II that more people would die in combat during war rather than disease up until then it was always more in disease and typhus of course was one of the biggest. But did the Civil War have much of an impact on Lazaretto and Philadelphia? And perhaps surprisingly, I don't think so I don't see a significant effect nowPhiladelphia was deeply affected by the Civil War as a major transit point for soldiers and supplies.
