i do this analysis, and in the book, where i compare just a handful of neighborhoods in four American cities. Those those little chunks of america, which only house about 470 thousand people, they see more than ten % of the homicides of all those countries. And so you know, it's really just a function of our higher crime rate. So that's a huge problem with those kind of international comparisons.
