What Is Edge Computing?
In the older model, it was your responsibility to literally make sure the computer was running and have monitoring software on it. Cloudflare uses a version of V8 where it can spin up thousands of these things that they call isolates in one machine. The big trade-off is data, right? Your cap theorem is immutable. So now you have two databases, let's see on two sides of the planet.
