In the early days, i just wanted to be a rich, powerful, famous and just not be a nobody. I look for people who want to be a little better every day. Nothing is more demotivating or infuriating or annoying to me. If you don't want to be alittle better every day, please do not come work for me. It's super annoying when i see people doing an average job....
