Olive oil has more polyphenols than just your regular olive oil and that is typically what they use in the tranine region. Cold pressed canola oil as well if you are concerned about some of the processing although again it's a bit more expensive. And I guess depending on the recipe or what you're cooking with or your taste buds canola might be slightly more neutral.
