How Uber Overcame a Giant TAM

When the TAM is gigantic, it's kind of obvious here you had a false positive. We didn't see any real growth at all. And even though we expanded it by like changing people's behavior that would sell more online and they'd send more gifts and all this stuff, it still wasn't big enough. That's ultimately like our demise. I think that definitely like a smaller version of ship, if we focused on profitability from like day one.
