Non-Competes
Non-compete agreements for sure you might be allowed to have certain forms of a non-compete but there should be this argument that just trumps any of your obligations so when a journalist comes to you and says hey i've heard weird machrings about foreigners is everything going all right there. One way to eliminate a specific harm from non-competes especially in highly concentrated industries is to have an absolute defense in the form of public interest it's like slapsuits or anti-slap statutes.
