There's five criteria in Waldenstroms. Hemoglobin, platelet count, IgM level. The only other thing I point out is that unlike the IPI and the flippy LDH is not part of the model for Waldenstomans. And so, since it's so infrequently positive, you can't get it to work in a statistical model because it just isn't present enough.
