The Etymology of Orange
Before the 16th and 15th centuries, it was common for a lot of languages around the world to describe orange as just a yellow red or a gold red. As those trade routes were developing from India, throughout the Middle East, and they extended into the rest of Europe, that's when we're going to call this color orange. And is there like an etymological significance behind that word orange?
