The Fasting Method and the Community Support

Doctor Jason fung talks about fasting and the coaching at that you have. Where can people go to sign up if they wanted some support with the behaviour change, and also to continue their knowledge on what is the right fast for them. We do group counselling as well, which i think is incredibly important and a little bit under utilized in our dayan age where we tend to go with like individual stuff. The hard part is actually building those support systems for, you know, the mind, the body and the spirit.
