I think there needs to be a whole scale overhaul and thinking about health system delivery. The trouble we have in the UK is that's an impossible conversation to have right now because the NHS has become a religion in the UK. We really need a much more sophisticated nuanced debate about, you know, health systems not just in the UK, in every country in the world. If we can get to that, that will be a better outcome.
